WHAT TO EXPECT

• All stretchy/elastic cord jewelry will eventually break. Due to the unpredictable nature of this material, items purchased from my shop made with stretchy/elastic cord will be repaired for free.

• Items made using metals & chains usually do not break, but I will also repair these for free.

​​

• Please be understanding that I will not be able to make free repairs for items that are missing too many beads; in this case, the cost of replacement beads will be charged at your approval.

​

• Some items may change slightly if the beads I used are no longer available. In this case, I will use the best matching beads possible.

Please mail the item to my shop with a note containing your name, phone number, and return address.
